Christmas Eve 2009...

We have had a magical year this year... and Christmas was NO different!

We have a few simple Christmas Traditions...

Christmas EVE...
1- We eat pizza and watch The Polar Express
2- We call Grandma and Grandpa Reece and open our gifts from them...

This year we added to our tradition! We had family to celebrate with this year. We started by decorating yummy gingerbread men!

Then we started up the movie and ate our dinner.
FINALLLY... it was time to call and talk to Grandma and Grandpa Reece, Uncle Nathan, and Uncle Jared, Aunt Emily, and their kids J & J...

Grandma and Grandpa Reece gave the kids Pajamas!!! They loved them!

Aunt Emily Stayed up way late to finish these wonderful aprons for each of the girls. The girls LOVE them, and have already enjoyed wearing them during their hours of crafting!

The girls got a nice gift card from their Aunt Debbie, and decided they want to go get a family game with it! Thx :)

After opening presents and saying goodnight to Joel and Linda and their Little Men, the girls all cozied up in the big girls' bedroom. I read them the last bit of "The Worst, Best Christmas Pageant Ever." By the time I was finished, Ema and Metta were out and snoring... Marley and Kaleigh however were a different story... it took them another little bit to calm down... oh well... at least they stayed in their room right?!

We had so much fun sharing in your traditions! You guys are the bestestestest ever.
And thank you for NOT posting that picture of me eating the gingerbread man... ha ha. Since I looked quite scary, that might better be displayed on a Halloween post.....or not.
We love you guys!

Your girls are getting so big! I love the aprons. In fact I made an apron a couple of years ago and it is made out of the same pink with black poka-dot fabric. Aunt Emily has good taste!

I'm glad you blog. I'm not very good at checking, but it's nice to be able to catch up really fast sometimes.
